SegPay releases username and password update feature.
SegPay is pleased to announce our newest feature, Update Username and/or Password. Due to common access issues such as password sharing, user requests, and postback issues, you may find the need to update the username and/or password of a user. The Update feature allows you to do this. The SegPay system will then communicate with your password management script to disable the old and enable the new. It will also update the username and/or password in the SegPay system as well as sending out an email communication to the consumer that their information has been updated. With the Disable feature, you will be able to send a disable command for a user that has expired but it still showing up on your system with access.
